Our vibrant and aromatic Togarashi is a fusion of Japanese spices that adds spicy, citrussy kick – perfect for sprinkling over steaming bowls of noodles, fried chicken or hot and crispy tofu.

Also great as a rub for meat, vegetables and seafood, traditionally used as a sprinkle for finishing a cooked dish and adding flavour at the end of cooking.
